  • Inspect all brakes, appear ok, Perform testing to determine problem, Found ABS hydraulic valve bad. Found new part to repair from ford is backordered, Actuate ABS pump motor and pedal fade went away, feels normal. Advised cust. that problem may re-occur and there is NO IMPLIED WARRANTY on this repair.

  • Bled brakes and then performed automated bleed. Road tested and all OK at this time.
  • All OK at this time.
  • Diagnose trailer run and brake lights only. Found 4/6 relays in trailer plug corroded and not allowing lights to work (system has 3 relays for each turn). Replaced 4 faulty relays and all OK at this time. Added dielectric grease and retaped all wiring and relays to attempt to water proof. Also, relocated wiring/relays in a dryer location.
